September Cleveland Heights Absorption Rates

When listing your home, it's helpful to know and understand what the 'absorption rate' is for homes in the area.  By definition, this is the number (shown as a percentage) of homes currently on the market that will actually sell during a given period of time. This number fluctuates with the season and varies from city to city, price point to price point.

Below are current figures for Cleveland Heights, and reflect the rate at which homes are currently selling during a one month period:

Overall absorption rate for Cleveland Heights:  10%
$0 - $100,000           14%
$101,000 - $250,000 6%
$251,000 - $500,000 8%
$501,000 and up       0%
