Cute 4-bedroom colonial in Cleveland Heights!

Check out my listing at 3243 E. Overlook in Cleveland Heights! It has incredible mahogony floors in the living room and dining room, newer windows throughout, A/C, large kitchen with eat-in area, 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a huge third floor than can be an office or 4th bedroom. This is a cute house and the price is right!! Just steps away from Zagara's grocery store and an easy walk to Cain Park, Clyde's Bistro and Lee Road Businesses.

4148 Bluestone Road, South Euclid

Check out this cute all-brick Cape Cod I just listed. It is freshly painted in today's neutral colors, has new insulated windows through most of the house and has a BIG kitchen with marble floors. If you know someone who is a first time buyer or downsizing this maybe the home for them. Mortage rates are incredibly low and for that reason it is cheaper to buy now than it was when the first-time buyer tax credit was in effect!!
